It counts purchases Google Play never processed: on this day Meta books $1,600.89 where our own records hold $1,253.78, an excess of $347.11, because Sinai and Vloom forward their money events to Facebook Purchase on one dataset and Meta cannot tell two apps apart. Both of the day's revenue leaders were rejected inside it, and shirt is what is left. lace went Not Approved at 03:23 UTC and poolphoto at 11:53 UTC; shirt went from 15.1% of the day to 41.7% and finished at within-day 1.09 on 20 payers against poolphoto's 2.55 on 19. Whether the account holds its return on shirt and pooldirect alone is the first thing 08-27 shows.

poolphoto is the only asset with two consecutive readable days, 2.53 on 21 payers and 2.55 on 19, and it is now off. Whatever replaces it starts with no comparable history.

The day is the first spent wholly inside one budget regime, and the next one is not. The budget went $250 to $400 at 2026-08-27 09:09 UTC, so 08-27 straddles an opening exactly as 08-25 did, and the clean regime-matched pair the last two pages have been waiting for is still not available.

32.9% of Sinai's booked revenue came from two accounts that bought nothing, $160.97 in KBM1 and $251.70 in HR1, against 41.2% on 08-25. The decay is now measurable across three days.

Two accounts entered the buy at the bottom of the day. Dicey2 delivered $2.86 on its own account day, of which $0.05 sits inside this UTC day, and HR2 served one impression at $0.00 before beginning to buy on 08-27. Neither has a derived offset yet, because neither has the registrations to correlate against.

6Appendix — definitions

The report clock is UTC. Meta stamps its exports in each ad account's own zone, B1, KBM1, Dicey2 and HR2 on UTC-7 and HR1 and the Nomad Node pair on UTC+0, so every delivery row on this page is restitched from the hourly exports onto UTC. The campaign section, the per-asset section and table C are the exceptions and say so where they appear.

Meta booked is Meta's own conversion value over Meta's own spend, both restitched onto the report clock from the same hourly export. It is struck through on any day where Meta booked more purchases than the payment processor processed, and nothing is written in its place: the true figure is the booked row directly above it.

A regime is a stretch over which the ad set's daily budget did not change. It is in a daily report because the budget is a geography dial on this account: raising it buys wider and cheaper countries, so two days either side of a change are not buying the same audience.

The 16-payer bar is decision #37: a row carrying fewer than sixteen distinct payers is a direction and never a magnitude.
