Daily campaign report — 2026-09-05, against 2026-09-04

The portfolio spent $602.54 on 2026-09-05 against $450.65 the day before, and booked $3,553.30 against $3,829.23. Only Sinai was bought, for a thirteenth day running: B1 took $493.20 against $349.49 and Dicey2 $109.34 against $101.16, on the same creatives they ran the day before, and B1's campaign was not touched inside either day. HR2 registered 208 people against 441 and none of its spend was measured on either day. This is the day's 8 h publication and the evening run completes it. Definitions, the report clock and the three revenue measures are in the appendix.

Meta's own line is struck in both columns of every Sinai table below. The strike says the figure is Meta's attribution and not our revenue, and nothing is written in its place — the true figure is the booked row above it, $2,744.80 and $2,685.29 against Meta's $2,327.86 and $2,066.59. The size of the disagreement is not evenly spread: on Dicey2's own row Meta books $479.85 against the $84.21 in our records, 5.7 times it, and that excess cannot be split per account or per asset. The measured buy rose 33.7% and the registrations it bought rose 50.2%: B1 and Dicey2 together registered 652 people against 434, at $0.986 and $0.719 each, while the portfolio line's cost per registration rose 34.6% because HR2's unmeasured registrations, 441 to 208, sit in its denominator against no spend.

The payer rate fell 2.5 points at 8 h and ARPPU rose 26.1%, 70 payers of 890 registrations against 93 of 896 and $6.79 to $8.56 a payer, which leaves ARPU (8h) 4.4% lower.

The within-day return fell 1.60 to 0.91 and Sinai's 8 h cohort 1.38 to 0.99, and neither is a return on the spend it divides: the four creatives that carry the measured spend hold $490.36 of Sinai's $599.34 at 8 h against $351.16 of $620.36 the day before, 0.81 and 0.78 on their own spend, and the rest is HR2's cohort against no cost.

B1 took 81.9% of what was measured against 77.6% and its CPM fell 4.8% while both its creatives' CPMs rose, $13.25 to $13.32 and $7.51 to $7.99; madapp went from 27.4% of B1's spend to 41.4%, so the fall is mix and not price.

HR2's $0.00 is an absence of measurement and not a zero, on both days now: its hourly, day and country exports have been skipped since 09-04, while 208 registrations arrived from its campaign against 441, 19 of them in the nine hours from 12:00 to 20:00 UTC against 176 in the same hours the day before.

NN1 exported at every grain and delivered nothing, which is a measured zero. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 were stopped by Meta on 08-23, 08-24 and 08-24 and are no longer exported at any grain, and HR2 left the pull on 09-04. All of them still book revenue through the payment ledger, which needs no export.

B1 bought 53% more registrations at 7.7% less each, and each was worth the same at 8 h: 500 against 327 at $0.986 against $1.069, ARPU (8h) $0.8890 to $0.8911 on 37 and 52 payers, its payer rate 11.3% to 10.4% and its ARPPU $7.86 to $8.57.

B1's within-day return fell 0.90 to 0.76 while its 8 h cohort held, $290.69 to $442.38 on the two creatives that carry its spend, 0.83 and 0.90; 62.6% of its 09-05 registrations arrived after 12:00 UTC against 52.0% the day before, and within-day gives a late install fewer hours to pay.

HR2 registered 208 people against 441 and 8 of them paid inside 8 h against about 42, so its per-user rows are not readable at this sample size; its within-day revenue, $127.49 against $328.33, is a sum and stands.

Dicey2 bought 42.1% more registrations at 23.9% less each on a CPM 7.9% lower, and its 8 h return on 10 payers is not readable at this sample size.

KBM1 and HR1 booked $109.15 and $52.86 with no delivery and one registration each, from cohorts bought before Meta stopped them, so neither has a per-user row.

Two rows clear the 16-payer bar at 8 h and both are B1's, B1/shirtb at 33 payers and 10.9% and B1/madapp at 18 and 9.6%; HR2/editortabs holds 8 against 35 the day before, and every other row in table B is a direction.

3Caveats

This is the 8 h publication of 2026-09-05 and the evening run completes it. The 24 h horizon closes at 00:00 UTC on 2026-09-07; until then every cohort @ 24h and (d0) cell in the 09-05 column is blank, and a blank is a number that does not exist yet. Comparing 09-05's 8 h figure against 09-04's 24 h one would report how old the two cohorts are.

HR2 registered 208 people on 2026-09-05 and none of the spend behind them is measured, for the second day. Its hourly, day and country exports have been skipped since an identity checkpoint took the account out of the automated pull on 09-04, so its $0.00 is an absence on both days of this pair, and $127.49 of the day's within-day revenue is its.

HR2's registrations thinned through the middle of the day and the run cannot say why. Its campaign registered 19 people in the nine hours from 12:00 to 20:00 UTC against 176 in the same hours the day before, then 26 at 21:00; whether its delivery paused or its link stopped converting, only its own export can say, and no file for the day exists.

So every portfolio-level per-registration and return figure on this page divides three accounts' revenue or registrations by two accounts' spend, on both days. Cost per registration rises 34.6% at the portfolio line while B1's fell 7.7% and Dicey2's 23.9%; the comparison this page supports is B1 and Dicey2 on both sides, $450.65 to $602.54, which is the pooled funnel, and held to the four creatives on that spend the 8 h cohort return is 0.78 to 0.81.

The money ledger names thirty-eight account-days it cannot measure, and two of them registered people. sinai_ww/HR2 2026-09-04 and 2026-09-05 are the two; the other thirty-six are NN2, KBM1 and HR1 across 08-29 to 09-05, none of which delivered. The ledger's $602.54 for this day matches the page and is short by HR2's unmeasured spend.

The ledger and the page disagree on Vloom's booked revenue by $15.70. The ledger reads $883.71 for the app and $3,569.00 for the day; the page reads $868.01 and $3,553.30, on the same 326 payers, and Sinai's $2,685.29 agrees to the cent. The ledger counts every payment in the feed while the page's booked column is keyed to campaign ids, and this run does not say which Vloom payments sit between the two.

The 09-04 figures moved between that day's 24 h page and this one by the settling the exports do after midnight. Its spend reads $450.65 against the $450.40 published, B1 $349.49 against $349.24 and impressions 37,341 against 37,338. No revenue figure moved.

The pooled funnel and the hour pairing carry no HR2 on either day. Their loader holds B1 and Dicey2 for both days, which are the same two accounts the day tables measure, so for the first time in the series the two readings of spend agree.

The campaign and per-asset sections read HR2 at $0.00 on both days. Those two sections cut each account on its own day from the day export, and HR2's day export was not pulled on this run.

KBM1's 14 booked payers and $109.15 are in the account table and nowhere in the campaign or per-asset sections. Those sections seed their rows from each account's delivery export and from the day's registrations; KBM1 has no export, and its one registration came through a different campaign from the one its payers installed on.

The country section carries no HR2 block. It is absent by name, so the section's spend and its revenue are both B1's and Dicey2's and its ratios are returns. It reaches $419.26 of the day's $546.75 of within-day revenue.

The payer counts in three tables are not the payer counts in table B. The country, campaign and per-asset sections emitted by the portfolio instrument count people who paid inside the day whatever day they installed; table B counts the day's own install cohort at 8 h. So B1/shirtb reads 43 in one and 33 in the other, and the 16-payer bar is being applied to two different populations.

within-day is sealed and does not move. It is the column to read on this page, and the 8 h cohort is the cross-check on it, closed on both days; within-day gives a late install fewer hours to pay, which is why B1's within-day return fell while its 8 h cohort held.

Click-to-install carries two verdicts on this pair, and neither is picked. The UTC pooled funnel over B1 and Dicey2 reads 15.17% to 15.93% at p = 0.407; the META-clock read of B1's campaign alone reads 14.90% to 18.23% at p = 0.002. Different hours and a different account set sit on each side, and a finding that changes verdict across defensible bases is reported as the spread.

The strike is a property of the line, and the size of what it dismisses varies by account. Meta's purchase count stayed under the app's transaction count on both days, so the count identity proves nothing here either way; but on Dicey2's own row Meta books $479.85 against $84.21 in our records, after $838.89 against $99.51 the day before. The excess is not split per account or per asset, so Dicey2's (Meta) brackets in table B are not that account's revenue.

There is no ours / Meta instrument reading for Sinai in this run. That gate is valid only on the META clock, and the META-clock pass was configured against the Vloom ledger, which bought nothing. The 1.30 ratio the UTC pass prints is stamped CROSS-CLOCK, NOT A VALID CHECK by the instrument itself and is not the gate.

There is no mix-neutral account CPM line on this page. The instrument that renders it ran against the Vloom config, which delivered nothing, so the line it emitted reads $0.00 to $0.00. The campaign mix is stated instead, as each campaign's share of spend on both days.

Two different kinds of zero sit in the account tables. NN1 exported at every grain and served no impression, which is a measured zero. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 were stopped by Meta on 08-23, 08-24 and 08-24 and HR2 left the pull on 09-04, so their $0.00 is an absence of measurement; all four still book revenue through the payment ledger, which needs no export.

The estimator's H=24 column is not quotable on this run. Its window is the account days 09-04 and 09-05, so coverage sits at 55% on shirtb and 33% on madapp against the 80% bar; the regime table's H=24 cells, 0.87 on 267 installs and 0.99 on 68, are the early cells of a young window and not a comparison. The 0.68 and 1.61 the 09-04 evening page quoted were 83% covered over the window one day earlier.

The three per-user charts in the per-asset block are labelled d0. The tables they sit under are at 8 h, and the 09-05 point on those three figures rests on a horizon that has not closed.

The ads map labels ad 120251516018270671 HR2/editortabs, which is its name in Ads Manager and not the file it plays. The local correction to HR2/uploadpanel recorded in daily_pipeline.py is not in this run's configs: the map is auto-derived from the ad name for any id it does not already carry, and a map rebuilt from scratch loses the entry.

128 ad names in the sweep do not follow the naming convention and can only be matched exactly. No rejected asset is attached in another account, so nothing was pulled across.

Dicey2's budget history is unverified for this run. The staged history is B1's, so the $100 daily budget its regime table records for 2026-08-28 onward has not been re-checked here. Dicey2 spent $99.59 on its own day against that figure.

The per-account coverage note the instrument emits states the wrong targeting for two accounts. It reads KBM1 and HR1 as United States only at 100% US delivery, which is their Vloom targeting, attached to the account rather than to the campaign. Neither account delivered on this day, so nothing above rests on it.

Every figure is priced through an FX table stamped 2026-08-01, which reads 0.8% low against Google Play's own record.

4What this hands to the next read

The 24 h cohort for 2026-09-05 closes at 00:00 UTC on 09-07 and the evening run completes this page. The d0 rows are what to read then, and the 8 h figures on this page are the only ones the two days share.

HR2 needs either a restored pull or an explicit exclusion from the portfolio denominator, and now for two days. While it registers 208 people a day against $0.00 of measured spend and books $571.02, every blended figure on the page is two accounts' cost against three accounts' revenue; and its registrations thinned to 19 across nine hours of the day with no file to say why.

B1 bought half again as many registrations at the same per-user value. 500 against 327 at $0.986 against $1.069, ARPU (8h) $0.8911 against $0.8890 on 52 and 37 payers; its 8 h cohort return on its two creatives went 0.83 to 0.90 while its within-day fell 0.90 to 0.76 on later installs.

Both of B1's arms clear the bar at 8 h for the first time, shirtb 1.08 on 33 and madapp 0.63 on 18, and the optimiser moved the buy toward the lower of the two, 27.4% to 41.4% of B1's spend, on an audience the country prices value 21% higher. The estimator does not resolve them: 267 installs is 4% of what a 20% resolution needs.

shirtb is the one per-asset comparison at the bar on both sides at one horizon, 0.74 to 1.08 at 8 h on 30 and 33 payers, the rise all basket size, ARPPU $6.21 to $9.49 against a payer rate 12.1% to 10.9%.

Dicey2 still cannot answer a revenue question. Ten payers at 8 h on $109.34, a CPM down 7.9% to $17.01, 42.1% more registrations at $0.719 each, and a within-day return of 0.41 against 0.66.

Nothing changed in B1's campaign inside either day, and the day's delivery change is Meta's. Both sit in R3-400 on the same two creatives; the extra $143.71 of B1 spend was bought in the hours from 10:00 to 18:00 UTC at CPMs under the day before's.

Vloom's base paid $868.01 with nobody from the day's 28 registrations among the payers, against $1,084.43 and two the day before.

6Appendix — definitions

The report clock is UTC. Meta stamps its exports in each ad account's own zone, B1, KBM1, Dicey2 and HR2 on UTC-7 and HR1 and the Nomad Node pair on UTC+0, so every delivery row on this page is restitched from the hourly exports onto UTC. The campaign section, the per-asset section and table C are the exceptions and say so where they appear.

A day is published twice. The morning page carries the 8 h cohort, the only horizon closed that early, and the evening page carries the 24 h cohort and completes it. This is the morning page: the 24 h horizon is closed on 09-04 and open on 09-05, so the 09-05 column's 24 h rows are blank and the comparison the page supports is at 8 h.

Meta booked is Meta's own conversion value over Meta's own spend, both restitched onto the report clock from the same hourly export. It is struck wherever it carries a figure, because it is Meta's attribution and never our revenue; nothing is written in its place, and the true figure is the booked row directly above it.

A regime is a stretch over which the ad set's daily budget did not change. It is in a daily report because the budget is a geography dial on this account: raising it buys wider and cheaper countries, so two days either side of a change are not buying the same audience.

The 16-payer bar is decision #37: a row carrying fewer than sixteen distinct payers is a direction and never a magnitude.
