Daily campaign report — 2026-09-06, against 2026-09-05

The portfolio spent $591.49 on 2026-09-06 against $603.93 the day before, and booked $3,170.63 against $3,221.87. Only Sinai was bought, for a fourteenth day running: B1 took $449.36 against $494.34 and Dicey2 $142.13 against $109.59. Four creatives that did not exist the day before entered the buy from 16:00 UTC onward, and B1's campaign budget went $400 to $300 at 20:54 UTC. HR2 registered 46 people against 208 and none of its spend was measured on either day. Every per-user figure here is settled at 24 hours on both days. Definitions, the report clock and the three revenue measures are in the appendix.

Meta's own line is struck in both columns of every Sinai table below. The strike says the figure is Meta's attribution and not our revenue, and nothing is written in its place: the true figure is the booked row above it, $2,685.29 and $2,619.66 against Meta's $2,066.59 and $2,298.69. The size of the disagreement is not evenly spread. On Dicey2's own row Meta books $655.20 against the $167.42 in our records, 3.9 times it, and that excess cannot be split per account or per asset. ⚠ HR2 exported nothing to this run at any grain, for a third day. Its hourly, day and country files have been skipped since 2026-09-04, so every HR2 delivery figure on this page reads zero while 46 registrations and $586.48 of booked revenue arrive from its campaign. It needs a re-pull.

The 24 h horizon closed at 00:00 UTC on 2026-09-08 and both columns are covered to it, so every (d0) and cohort @ 24h cell carries a figure and the two days are comparable at the settled horizon. The 8 h rows sit beside them, and a figure at one horizon is never set against a figure at another. A daily carries d0 alone, because 09-06's d3 and d7 close on 09-11 and 09-15.

The measured buy fell 2.1% and bought 23.0% more registrations at 20.4% less each: B1 and Dicey2 together registered 802 people against 652, at $0.737 each against $0.926, while the portfolio line's smaller improvement carries HR2's 46 unmeasured registrations against 208.

The 24 h cohort return fell 1.21 to 1.03 at the portfolio line and held at 0.97 to 0.96 on the assets that carry the spend: HR2's cohort revenue went $143.60 to $42.77 against no cost on either day.

Four creatives entered the buy inside the day and took 16.5% of the spend for 30.5% of the installs, at $0.172 to $0.601 an install against $0.586 to $2.038 on the four incumbents, which is where the day's cost per install fell.

B1's campaign budget went $400 to $300 at 20:54 UTC, so this day spans two budget regimes while 09-05 sat wholly inside one. A regime that opens inside the report's own day is described and not put in a comparison table.

Vloom's share of spend was 0.0% on both days.

HR2's $0.00 is an absence of measurement and not a zero, for a third day: its hourly, day and country exports have been skipped since 09-04, while 46 registrations arrived from its campaign against 208 and 441 on the two days before it.

NN1 exported at every grain and delivered nothing, which is a measured zero. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 were stopped by Meta on 08-23, 08-24 and 08-24 and are no longer exported at any grain, and HR2 left the pull on 09-04. All of them still book revenue through the payment ledger, which needs no export.

B1 bought 4.8% more registrations at 13.3% less each and each was worth a quarter less at 24 h: 524 against 500 at $0.858 against $0.989, ARPU (d0) $1.0807 to $0.7964, its payer rate 11.2% to 8.4% and its ARPPU $9.65 to $9.48.

B1's 24 h cohort return went 1.09 to 0.93 while its within-day return held at 0.77 against 0.76, $540.34 to $417.33 on spend 9.1% lower, and two of its four delivering creatives were less than four hours old at midnight.

Dicey2 bought 82.9% more registrations at 29.1% less each on a CPM 25.7% lower, and its 24 h cohort return went 0.44 to 1.05 on 21 payers, the first Dicey2 row on this series to clear the 16-payer bar.

HR2 registered 46 people against 208 and 5 of them paid inside 24 h, so its per-user rows are not readable at this sample size; its cohort revenue, $42.77 against $143.60, is a sum and stands.

KBM1 and HR1 booked $92.41 and $80.59 with no delivery, from cohorts bought before Meta stopped them, so neither has a per-user row.

This is the settled 24 h publication of 2026-09-06, and it replaces the 8 h page issued that morning. The horizon closed at 00:00 UTC on 09-08 and both days are covered to it, so every cohort @ 24h and (d0) cell carries a figure. The 8 h rows are kept beside them and no figure at one horizon is set against a figure at another.

The page published for 09-05 still carries blank 24 h rows, because that day's evening publication did not run. The 09-05 column on this page is read at this run's payment cut, which is where its settled figures come from.

The disagreement is between two of our own instruments, and the evidence localises it to the page's side: the ledger counts every payment in the feed and has not moved for 09-05 across runs, while the page's booked column is keyed to campaign ids and lost $331.43 and 28 payers for that day. Sinai agrees with the ledger to the cent on 09-05 and is short $10.81 and 3 payers on 09-06. Which Vloom payments stopped resolving to a campaign id is not something this run says.

The money ledger names forty-four account-days it cannot measure, and three of them registered people. sinai_ww/HR2 on 09-04, 09-05 and 09-06 are those three; the other forty-one are NN2, KBM1 and HR1 across 08-29 to 09-06, none of which delivered. The strike is a property of the line, and the size of what it dismisses varies by account. On Dicey2's own row Meta books $655.20 against the $167.42 in our records, and on B1's $1,643.49 against $1,692.75. The excess is not split per account or per asset, so Dicey2's (Meta) brackets in table B are not that account's revenue.

There is no ours / Meta instrument reading for Sinai in this run. That gate is valid only on the META clock, and the META-clock pass was configured against the Vloom ledger, which bought nothing. The 1.14 ratio the UTC pass prints is stamped CROSS-CLOCK, NOT A VALID CHECK by the instrument itself and is not the gate.

There is no mix-neutral account CPM line on this page. The instrument that renders it ran against the Vloom config, which delivered nothing, so the line it emitted reads $0.00 to $0.00. The campaign mix is stated instead, as each campaign's share of spend on both days.

Two different kinds of zero sit in the account tables. NN1 exported at every grain and served no impression, which is a measured zero. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 were stopped by Meta on 08-23, 08-24 and 08-24 and HR2 left the pull on 09-04, so their $0.00 is an absence of measurement; all four still book revenue through the payment ledger, which needs no export.

The estimator's H=24 column is quotable for the incumbents and not for the new creatives. madapp and shirtb sit at 99% coverage, povposeb at 79% and uploadpanelb at 13% against the 80% bar, and the three r2 ads at 0%. Their lifetime figures are partial sums still climbing and are not comparable against an older asset's.

128 ad names in the sweep do not follow the naming convention and can only be matched exactly. No rejected asset is attached in another account, so nothing was pulled across.

Dicey2's budget history is not staged on this run, and its budget changed just outside this day. The history pull covers B1's campaign only; Dicey2's daily budget went $100 to $150 at about 23:40 PT on 09-06, which is 06:40 UTC on 09-07, so this report day sits inside its R2-100 regime and the next one does not.

The per-account coverage note the instrument emits states the wrong targeting for two accounts. It reads KBM1 and HR1 as United States only at 100% US delivery, which is their Vloom targeting, attached to the account rather than to the campaign. Neither account delivered on this day, so nothing above rests on it.

The 09-05 figures moved between that day's page and this one by the settling the exports do after midnight. Its spend reads $603.93 against the $602.54 published, B1 $494.34 against $493.20, Dicey2 $109.59 against $109.34 and impressions 53,778 against 53,680. The 09-06 figures moved the same way against this morning's page, $591.49 against $589.33 and 57,083 impressions against 56,900. No revenue figure moved on either day.

Every figure is priced through an FX table stamped 2026-08-01, which reads 0.8% low against Google Play's own record.

4What this hands to the next read

2026-09-06 is settled and the pair 09-06 against 09-05 is now readable at one horizon. What is not is 09-05 against 09-04, because the 09-05 page still carries its 24 h rows blank.

The three creatives uploaded at 22:00 account time on 09-06 are 20.4 h old at this cut, so the 24 h read that a cull is taken on is not due yet. templatewallr2, uploadpanelr2 and poolslowr2 have 0% of their lifetime spend in cells old enough for H=24, and their H=12 figures are shape.

B1/madapp is the only asset at the payer bar on this page, 0.65 to 0.95 at 24 h on 21 payers, and B1/shirtb fell to 0.74 from 1.40 on 15. Held inside R3-400 the estimator puts them at 0.84 and 1.26 with intervals that overlap, so the day changes neither arm's standing.

Three of the four creatives that entered the day were switched off early on 09-07, povposeb at 04:17 UTC, uploadpanelb at 04:18 and madapp at 06:07, so their coverage at H=24 will not fill from further delivery and their standing rests on what they have.

Dicey2 answered a revenue question for the first time, 21 payers on $142.13 with a 24 h cohort return 0.44 to 1.05 and a CPM 25.7% lower; its two new creatives carry just over half its installs and neither clears the bar on its own.

The next page's comparison is split by a budget change as well as by a roster change. 09-07 sits wholly inside R4-300 while 09-06 straddles the boundary at 20:54 UTC, so the first regime-matched pair is 09-07 against 09-08.

HR2 needs either a restored pull or an explicit exclusion from the portfolio denominator, and now for three days. While it registers people against $0.00 of measured spend and books $586.48, every blended figure on the page is two accounts' cost against three accounts' revenue.

Vloom's booked column and the money ledger have to be reconciled before either is quoted for that app. They differ by $450.40 on this day, and the 09-05 value the page carries moved $331.43 between two runs while the ledger held.

The report clock is UTC. Meta stamps its exports in each ad account's own zone, B1, KBM1, Dicey2 and HR2 on UTC-7 and HR1 and the Nomad Node pair on UTC+0, so every delivery row on this page is restitched from the hourly exports onto UTC. The campaign section, the per-asset section and table C are the exceptions and say so where they appear.

A day is published twice. The morning page carries the 8 h cohort, the only horizon closed that early, and the evening page carries the 24 h cohort and completes it. This is the evening page: both days are covered to 24 h, both horizons are on every per-user row, and a figure at one horizon is never compared against a figure at another.

Meta booked is Meta's own conversion value over Meta's own spend, both restitched onto the report clock from the same hourly export. It is struck wherever it carries a figure, because it is Meta's attribution and never our revenue; nothing is written in its place, and the true figure is the booked row directly above it.

A regime is a stretch over which the ad set's daily budget did not change. It is in a daily report because the budget is a geography dial on this account: raising it buys wider and cheaper countries, so two days either side of a change are not buying the same audience. This report day contains one such change, at 20:54 UTC.

The 16-payer bar is decision #37: a row carrying fewer than sixteen distinct payers is a direction and never a magnitude.
