Daily campaign report — 2026-09-02, against 2026-09-01

The portfolio spent $508.16 on 2026-09-02 against $772.97 the day before, and booked $3,304.07 against $3,662.18. Only Sinai was bought, for a tenth day running: B1 took $292.58 of the day against $508.36, HR2 $130.97 against $127.94 and Dicey2 $84.61 against $136.67. B1 ran vid_ww_laceb_11s_9x16_sn_v1, vid_ww_shirtb_11s_9x16_sn_v1 and vid_ww_madapp_7s_9x16_sn_v1: vid_ww_poolphotob_15s_9x16_sn_v1 was refused at 00:45 UTC, 45 minutes into the day, and laceb was switched off at 22:01 UTC as its edit came out of review. This is the day's 24 h publication and its first, no morning page having been written for it, and both cohort horizons are closed. Definitions, the report clock and the three revenue measures are in the appendix.

Meta's own line is struck in the 2026-09-02 column of every Sinai table below and stands in the 2026-09-01 column. The strike fires where Meta books more purchases in a day than Google Play processed for the whole app: on 09-02 Meta books $2,713.39 where our own records hold $2,622.63, an excess of $90.76, because Sinai and Vloom forward their money events to Facebook Purchase on one dataset and Meta cannot tell two apps apart. On 09-01 Meta's purchase count stayed under the day's transaction count, so its $3,086.40 stands beside our $2,903.43; the test is one-sided, an unstruck line is not a certified one, and the Meta bracket beside any asset's bROAS is Meta's attribution and never that asset's revenue. Cause and evidence: meta_conversion_overreport_2026-08-24.md.

1Overview

(i) Both apps, both days. Separate products sharing only the ad accounts; spend is additive, the two revenue columns come from two ledgers.

Cohort value — ARPU and ARPPU at d0, d3 and d7

This run stages no Adjust cohort block, so the app-level d3 and d7 rows have no source on this page. The d0 rows are in the headline table above, read off our own payment ledger rather than Adjust's series and closed at 00:00 UTC on 09-04; d3 and d7 close on 2026-09-07 and 2026-09-11, after this page is written.

Spend fell 34.3% and both comparable revenue measures fell by more: within-day $1,046.04 to $486.14 and cohort @ 24h $1,187.68 to $588.43, so return went 1.35 to 0.96 and 1.54 to 1.16, on 137 and 82 Sinai payers at d0.

On the report clock B1 took 58% of the buy against 66% the day before, HR2 26% against 17% and Dicey2 17% against 18%; the campaign section's own-day split is B1 and Dicey2 alone, 77.9% and 22.1%, for want of an HR2 day export.

CPM rose 11.3% to $9.19 and a registration cost $0.568 against $0.503, because registrations fell 41.9% on 40.9% fewer impressions; B1's own cost per registration went $0.481 to $0.843 while HR2's went $0.353 to $0.264.

A slightly larger share of the people who arrived paid, and each payer paid less: payer rate (d0) rose 0.3 points to 9.2% while ARPPU (d0) fell 17.2% to $7.18, leaving ARPU (d0) down 14.8% at $0.6582.

(ii) Every account, both days. Both apps summed, so the rows add to the portfolio line.

B1 is 57.6% of the buy against 65.8% the day before, and HR2 at 25.8% and Dicey2 at 16.7% take the rest.

This run's own pull holds B1 and Dicey2, and HR2's and NN1's rows are read from the archive of earlier runs. The morning staging of this same day pulled HR2 and NN1 at every grain, and the hourly loader takes those files, so HR2's $130.97 and NN1's zero are measured. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 were stopped by Meta on 08-23, 08-24 and 08-24 and are no longer exported at any grain, so their $0.00 is an absence rather than a measured zero; all three still book revenue through the payment ledger, which needs no export.

2The two apps, one tab each

Sinai is the only tab with delivery on this day: it took the whole $508.16 while no Vloom campaign in any account served an impression. Each tab carries that app's own accounts, hours, countries, campaigns and assets on its own ledger.

HR2 spent 2.4% more and returned less on both comparable measures, within-day 2.84 to 1.97 and cohort @ 24h 3.23 to 2.57, on 44 payers at d0 against 43; it took 37.0% more registrations at $0.264 each and its ARPU (d0) fell 40.5%.

Dicey2's within-day return went 0.38 to 0.42 on 38.1% less spend, on five payers at d0, so it is a direction and never a magnitude.

KBM1 and HR1 booked $94.21 and $110.82 with no delivery and no registration, from cohorts bought before Meta stopped them, so neither has a per-user row.

Spend ran $12.88 to $29.54 an hour with no gap, against $7.04 to $59.17 and a $0.00 hour 19 the day before; the dearest hour is 16:00 and the cheapest 01:00, where B1 read $3.21 on 512 impressions in the hour after poolphotob was refused.

Registrations ran 16 to 53 an hour, and 496 of the day's 874 are HR2's, 267 of them from its editortabs ad, on 26% of the spend.

HR2 fell to $1.05 in hour 19 and $2.08 in hour 21 from $5.97 in hour 18, on 87 and 233 impressions against 857, and this run stages no activity history for it, so on this page that dip is measured and not explained; B1 and Dicey2 show no gap in those hours.

Against the prior day, hour matched to hour

Hours both days delivered in, on the UTC clock: 00, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23. 2026-09-02 additionally delivered in 19. Only the shared hours are compared.

Counting which way each shared hour points, which needs no weighting and asks only for a direction:

metrichours 2026-09-02 ran higherhours it ran lowersign test
CPM20 of 233 of 23p = 0.000
CTR9 of 2314 of 23p = 0.405
click→install3 of 2320 of 23p = 0.000
CPI21 of 232 of 23p = 0.000

A sign test throws magnitude away and buys weight-free direction with it.

The full hour-by-hour pairing, 2026-09-01 → 2026-09-02

Every shared hour, 2026-09-01 → 2026-09-02. All columns are Meta's instrument on both sides of each ratio. Revenue is deliberately absent: per-hour payer counts run 0-3, so an hourly revenue column would be one person's basket read as a rate.

Click-to-install fell in 20 of 23 shared hours and pooled, 15.71% to 10.96% at p = 0.000, and CPI rose with it in 21 of 23 and pooled, $0.571 to $1.010.

CTR did not move on either read: 14 hours of 23 lower at p = 0.405, and pooled 9.19% to 9.15% at p = 0.803.

Hours 00 to 06 hold HR2 on the 09-01 side and not on the 09-02 side, because this pairing's loader holds HR2's 08-31 account-day file and neither later one; in the 16 shared hours from 07, which hold the same two accounts on both days, CPM still runs higher in 13 and click-to-install lower in 13, and the 09-01 side of those hours holds poolphotob, which the campaign section reads.

Nomad Node — no country block: its country export never arrived.

KBM1 — no country block: its country export never arrived.

HR1 — no country block: its country export never arrived.

The portfolio table is B1 and Dicey2, $377.19 between them on 09-02 and $645.03 on 09-01. HR2's country export was not staged in this run, so its block above carries registrations and payers by country against $0.00 of spend, which is an absence and not a measured zero, and the reconciliation line names the two accounts that are in; the 09-01 page carried HR2's $127.94 in this section.

India and the United States are the only country cells above the 16-payer bar on both days: India is 23.7% of spend at within-day 1.04 on 50 payers against 1.14 on 70, and the United States 8.1% at 1.14 on 17 against 1.38 on 19, at a CPM of $47.48, five times the portfolio's $9.19.

Argentina's 7.34 on seven payers is not a return: $55.97 of its $61.95 sits in one shirtb cell of three installs on $4.64 of spend.

The known-answer test had no account to run on. Raking is checked by requiring a UTC+0 account to come back unchanged, and both accounts in this cut are UTC-7, so the day rests on the reconciliation above.

The cost-per-install figure below draws nothing, and has not on any day of this series. The raked country cut carries spend, impressions and our own registrations, and Meta's per-country install count is not in it, so that chart has no denominator.

(ii) The same three measures per account on both days are the one-table-per-account block under The day, and every account above, which is where the instrument emits them.

  • CTR 9.19% → 9.15% (-0.5%, p = 0.803) — did not separate.

Pooling across hours weights each hour by what it delivered. The hourly pairing is the unweighted read of the same two days; where they disagree, the mix moved.

The pooled funnel reads $680.48 and $355.48 where the day tables read $772.97 and $508.16, and the difference is HR2 on both days: this loader holds its 08-31 account-day file only, so 09-01 carries HR2's first seven UTC hours and 09-02 none of it, and the 09-02 side also leaves out hour 19, $21.71 of B1 and Dicey2, which 09-01 did not deliver in.

The weighted and unweighted reads point the same way on CPM, click-to-install and CPI, and CTR separates on neither, so no direction on this pair is a mix effect.

Booked revenue split by the UTC day its payer installed. The top row is the within-day figure.

Six install days carry $1,821.75 of the day's money; the remaining $800.88 arrived from installs on or before 08-27, which the instrument does not list separately.

$2,136.49 of the day's money came from installs bought before it, 81.5%, against 64.0% on 09-01.

Both cohort horizons are closed on both days, and the 24 h one is what this page carries: $588.43 against $1,187.68 at 100% coverage. The 8 h rows for this day are not on this page, because this run was staged at the 24 h horizon alone; they stand on the 09-03 page's prior-day column.

B1's and Dicey2's campaign CPMs both rose on their own days, $7.98 to $9.20 and $14.32 to $15.87, so the account-level rise is a price rise in both and not a mix change between them; HR2, whose CPM fell $8.14 to $7.05 on the report clock, is not in this cut.

HR2's campaign reads $0.00 on both days in this cut with 362 and 496 registrations against it, because this section is on each account's own day from the day export and HR2's was not staged on this run; the 80.8% and 77.9% shares are therefore B1 against Dicey2 alone, where the 09-01 page read B1 63.3%, HR2 21.7% and Dicey2 15.0% for the same day.

Activity history, B1, rendered range Aug 31 2026 to Sep 3 2026. No budget change falls inside either reported day: the $400 daily budget set on 2026-08-27 has not moved, so both days sit inside the same regime, R3-400, and every cell the estimator read on this run carries that regime.

Two events fell inside the day in B1: vid_ww_poolphotob_15s_9x16_sn_v1 went from Active to Not Approved at 00:45 UTC, and vid_ww_laceb_11s_9x16_sn_v1 went Active to Pending Process to Inactive at 22:01 UTC as its edit came out of review, so B1 ran three creatives between those two times and two after the second.

Held to B1's own campaign on the META clock at H=6, neither click to install nor the payer rate separates: 14.52% to 13.35% at p = 0.164 and 7.49% to 5.28% at p = 0.177, on 50 and 19 payers. Held to each creative in its own shared hours none fell, shirtb 11.97% to 12.16% at p = 0.900, laceb 14.33% to 12.70% at p = 0.436 and madapp 14.49% to 18.59% at p = 0.202; madapp's payer rate reads 16.13% to 4.23% at p = 0.040 on five payers against three, which is not readable at that sample size. The 30.2% fall on the UTC clock is therefore the roster and the coverage: poolphotob at 14.80%, templatewallb at 31.68% and HR2's seven hours sit on the 09-01 side of that pairing and none of them on the 09-02 side.

This section is on each account's own Meta day, as the campaign section above is. B1's rows sum to $308.66 and Dicey2's to $87.54; HR2's read $0.00 for the reason the campaign section gives, and tables A and B below are the same assets on the report clock.

vid_ww_gym_12s_9x16_sn_v1 - Copy is the name our ledger carries for two HR2 ads the ads map labels HR2/fittingroom and HR2/povpose. Its 184 registrations on this day are the 175 and 9 installs the cohort instrument joins on those two ids, and its $70.08 of within-day revenue is their $59.79 and $10.29 in table B; on 09-01 its 70 and $30.64 were their 60 and 10 and $24.92 and $5.72. The ledger records the ad name the tracker was built with, and both were built as copies of gym; this section joins on the name and shows one row for two ads, while tables A, B and C join on the id and carry both.

laceb is $117.79 of B1's $308.66 on the account day and $150.14 of its $292.58 on the report clock, shirtb $118.81 and $95.72, madapp $72.06 and $39.39: the report clock files madapp's spend after 17:00 on the account clock under 09-03, and laceb's first seven UTC hours are the account's 09-01 evening.

poolphotob reads $0.00 here and $7.33 in table A: its 45 minutes of the day fall in the account's 09-01 evening, and its 20 registrations here are the 27 installs table A counts for that window on Meta's instrument.

Twelve rows in table B booked money on no spend in table A, $2,030.62 between them, 77.4% of Sinai's booked total; five are HR2's, $704.80, which delivered all day on spend that table cannot see, and the other seven, $1,325.82, are cohorts bought before those creatives were pulled.

The 16-payer bar (#37): any row above whose payer count is under 16 is a direction and never a magnitude.

C. Per asset — country mix

⚠ This table is cut on the META day, while every other table on this page is on the UTC clock. Meta serves no hour × country grid, so per-country delivery exists only on the ad account's own UTC-7 day and cannot be restitched. It is a seven-hour-offset window against tables A and B above; read it for mix, never for level against them.

The last column is the share of that asset's own within-day revenue that came from the United States: where it far exceeds the US spend share, the return is a property of the geography the asset bought.

No asset that spent clears the 16-payer bar at d0 on the report clock: B1/laceb sits at 13 and B1/shirtb at 12, and every row that spent in table B is a direction. HR2/editortabs clears it at 26 payers, 9.7% and ARPU (d0) $0.761, on spend table A cannot see.

⚠ HR2/editortabs is the ad's NAME and not its clip. Ad 120251516018270671 plays vid_ww_uploadpanel_7s_9x16_sn_v1.mp4, read off its own media editor on 2026-09-01, so this row is that clip's record and the editor-tabs concept has never been live anywhere.

On this struck day every (Meta) bracket in table B is Meta's attribution and not that asset's revenue: B1/poolphotob's (40.44) sits beside a within-day 1.43 on three payers.

The estimator's window is 09-01 and 09-02 on the account clock, and its H=24 column is 100% covered on all four of B1's creatives for the first time since the roster changed: inside R3-400, poolphotob reads 1.28 on 451 installs, madapp 1.56 on 116, shirtb 0.88 on 244 and laceb 0.32 on 228, and mix-neutral 1.13, 1.37, 1.05 and 0.38; those figures pool the two account days and are not this UTC day's alone.

Head to head inside R3-400, poolphotob and shirtb do not separate on revenue, 1.28 against 0.88 with intervals of 0.73 to 1.96 and 0.44 to 1.46, and their audiences are not distinguishable in value at +24.2% with an interval spanning zero; poolphotob's hour-standardised CPM runs 14% under shirtb's and it is the dearer in 5 of 17 shared hours.

Revenue cannot carry a verdict on this account: 83 payers over 1,039 installs with a coefficient of variation of 5.44, and the largest regime-matched arm is 4% of the installs a 20% resolution needs.

Installs cost $0.878 to $1.313 across the three B1 assets that ran the day, on the report clock, laceb at the bottom and madapp at the top; Dicey2/creamvloom and Dicey2/creamsolara read $2.301 and $7.348 on 24 and 4 installs, and the spread is delivery, so cost per install does not rank an asset here.

B1/shirtb's within-day 1.05 on 12 payers carries 40.0% of it in one basket, and B1/madapp's 0.09 is three payers with one basket at 100%.

Table C reads 0.0% US revenue on every row that has revenue: the five assets that spent on the account day bought 3.2% to 11.5% of their spend in the United States and none of their within-day money came from it.

No ratio in this section is readable. Every ROAS divides by zero, and the d0 cohort is zero payers among 20 registrations, so the 0.0% payer rate is a count of nobody and not a rate.

Within-day and the 24 h cohort are both $0.00 on both days, so nobody who arrived on either day paid inside their own first 24 hours.

Vloom's Meta booked line is not struck and carries nothing. Meta reported no conversion value against any Vloom campaign on either day, and the strike is measured per app.

Hourly, 2026-09-02

No hourly section: nothing delivered in any hour of this day, in any of the seven accounts, so every cell of the 24-row table and every one of its per-account blocks is a measured zero. The last Vloom delivery was the shared Nomad Node pair on 08-23. The charts this section would carry are not drawn, because a chart of a zero day draws nothing, and no figure on this page is Vloom's: the figure directory for the day holds Sinai's nineteen and nothing else.

Country, 2026-09-02

No country section: a country split of no spend has no rows. The country export for this day returns nothing for any Vloom campaign, and the raking that puts a country cut on the report clock has nothing to rake.

3Caveats

Both days' cohort @ 24h are complete for Sinai. 2026-09-02's cohort closed 24 hours after the last install of its own day, 2026-09-04 00:00 UTC, and the payment cut was taken at 15:19; coverage reads 100% on both days, so the change column between them is a real comparison.

This is the day's first publication, and it carries the 24 h horizon alone. The 8 h run for 09-02 pulled every account at every grain and wrote no tables and no page. This run's instruments were staged at the 24 h horizon only, its header carrying no also reported: 8h, so the headline tables carry the d0 rows and no (8h) rows; the 8 h figures for 09-02 closed at 08:00 UTC on 09-03 and stand on the 09-03 page's prior-day column, and nothing here is compared against them.

HR2's and NN1's rows reach this page through the archive of run directories, not through this run's own pull. That pull, on the evening of 09-03 on the account clock, holds B1 and Dicey2 only and wrote no pull manifest; the morning staging of this same day, in _runs/2026-09-03_2026-09-02_daily_auto/exports/, pulled HR2 and NN1 at every grain, and the hourly loader reads earlier runs' files where this run has none. So HR2's $130.97 and NN1's zero are measured on every day-grain and hourly table. The campaign, per-asset and country sections read this run's own config, which lists B1 and Dicey2, so HR2 is absent from them.

The pooled funnel and the hour pairing carry less of HR2 than the day tables do. Their loader holds HR2's 08-31 account-day file and neither later one, so 09-01 reads $680.48 there against $772.97 in the day tables and 09-02 reads $355.48 against $508.16; the delivery directions are B1's and Dicey2's with seven hours of HR2 on one side, and the section says which hours.

The campaign and per-asset sections read HR2 at $0.00 on both days. Those two sections cut each account on its own day from the day export, and HR2's is not in this run, so its $0.00 there is an absence on 09-01 as well as on 09-02; the 09-01 page carried HR2 at $134.96 in the same section.

HR2's country block is registrations and payers against no spend, for the same reason, and the portfolio country table is B1 and Dicey2 only, $377.19 on 09-02 and $645.03 on 09-01, where the 09-01 page carried $772.91 with HR2 in it.

within-day is sealed and does not move. It is the column to read on this page, and cohort @ 24h is the cross-check on it, closed on both days.

The Overview's combined Meta booked cell for 09-01 stands on this page and is struck in the file the run emitted. The combiner that adds the two apps' headline tables carries one strike flag across both columns, so 09-02's strike reached 09-01's cell; the app-level test, which is the measured one, did not fire on 09-01 and Vloom's line carries nothing, so by the combiner's own rule the combined cell is unstruck. No figure differs between the two; only the mark does.

The strike test is one-sided and an unstruck day is not a clean one. On Dicey2's own row Meta books $198.47 against $45.13 in our records, 4.4 times it, which is the shape the 08-24 note established; the excess is not split per account or per asset, so every (Meta) bracket in table B on this struck day is Meta's attribution and not that asset's revenue.

Two different kinds of zero sit in the account tables, and they are not the same fact. NN1's hourly files for both days are in the archive and read zero in every hour, which is a measured zero. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 were stopped by Meta on 08-23, 08-24 and 08-24 and are no longer pulled at any grain, so their $0.00 is an absence of measurement; all three still book revenue through the payment ledger, which needs no export. NN1's day and country exports are not in this run either, so its coverage row reads hourly and day and no country.

The money ledger names twenty-one account-days it cannot measure, all of them in those three accounts. NN2, KBM1 and HR1 across 08-29 to 09-02, each for whichever app it carries. No account that delivered is among them, and HR2's 09-02 is measured in it.

The country block reconciles on both delivering accounts in it. Neither is UTC+0, so the known-answer identity that checks the raking had nothing to run on, and the section rests on its reconciliation line instead.

Every day-grain and hourly table on this page reads a Sinai total of $508.16. The country section reads $377.19 because HR2 is absent from it, and the campaign and per-asset sections are cut on each account's own day, B1 at $308.66 and Dicey2 at $87.54.

There is no ours / Meta instrument reading for Sinai in this run. That gate is valid only on the META clock, and the META-clock pass was configured against the Vloom ledger, which bought nothing. The 1.42 ratio the UTC pass prints is stamped CROSS-CLOCK, NOT A VALID CHECK by the instrument itself and is not the gate. The Meta strike above is a separate test, measured on purchase counts, and on this day it fired.

There is no mix-neutral account CPM line on this page. The instrument that renders it ran against the Vloom config, which delivered nothing, so the line it emitted reads $0.00 to $0.00. The campaign mix is stated instead, as each campaign's share of spend on both days.

The estimator's H=24 column is quotable on all four B1 creatives and describes two account days. Its own coverage note reads 100% on poolphotob, shirtb, laceb and madapp, above the 80% bar at which a horizon figure describes the whole of an ad's run; its window is the 09-01 and 09-02 account days together, so no figure in it is this UTC day's alone.

The ads map labels ad 120251516018270671 HR2/editortabs, which is its name in Ads Manager and not the file it plays. The local correction to HR2/uploadpanel recorded in daily_pipeline.py is not in this run's configs either: the map is auto-derived from the ad name for any id it does not already carry, and a map rebuilt from scratch loses the entry.

vid_ww_gym_12s_9x16_sn_v1 - Copy is not an ad the ads map lacks. It is the name our ledger carries for the two ids the map labels HR2/fittingroom and HR2/povpose, and the per-asset section, which joins on the name, shows one row for the two of them; tables A, B and C join on the id and carry both, and the 09-03 page's reading of it as an unmapped ad is corrected here.

Dicey2's budget history is unverified for this run. The staged history is B1's, so the $100 daily budget its regime table records for 2026-08-28 onward has not been re-checked here. Dicey2 spent $87.54 on its own day against that figure.

The per-account coverage note the instrument emits states the wrong targeting for two accounts. It reads KBM1 and HR1 as United States only at 100% US delivery, which is their Vloom targeting, attached to the account rather than to the campaign. Neither account delivered on this day, so nothing above rests on it.

The country section names Nomad Node, KBM1 and HR1 as absent from its table and does not name HR2, whose block is present with $0.00 of spend; the per-account blocks in that section say which is which, and this page names HR2 above.

Every figure is priced through an FX table stamped 2026-08-01, which reads 0.8% low against Google Play's own record.

The prior-day column restates 09-01 a day later. This run reads the portfolio at $772.97 and 93,647 impressions where the 09-01 page carried $772.91 and 93,630, the difference being $0.04 and 13 impressions in B1 and $0.02 and 4 impressions in Dicey2, with HR2 unchanged. Registrations, payers and both apps' revenue for 09-01 are unchanged, and the campaign and per-asset blocks move by the same cents on each account's own day.

The 09-03 page's prior-day column carried this day from a later pull. It read $508.33, B1 $292.71 and Dicey2 $84.65 where this run's files read $508.16, $292.58 and $84.61, HR2 unchanged at $130.97; every revenue figure and every payer count for 09-02 is the same on both pages.

4What this hands to the next read

B1 enters 09-03 with shirtb and madapp, laceb having been switched off at 22:01 UTC; on this day neither cleared 16 payers at d0, 12 and 3, and the estimator now covers both at 100% inside R3-400, 0.88 and 1.56 over the two account days.

laceb closed its run at 228 installs inside R3-400, $0.827 an install and 0.32 at H=24, on 13 payers at d0 on this day and 3 the day before, and with 31% of its installs in India.

HR2 is the day's largest per-user earner and its cheapest source of registrations, 26% of the buy at within-day 1.97 on 44 payers and $0.264 a registration, and 37% more registrations than the day before at 40.5% less ARPU (d0): editortabs's payer rate went 14.6% to 10.9% on 261 and 267 installs, and fittingroom's 8.3% to 4.0% on 60 and 175.

HR2 stopped delivering at 16:00 UTC on 09-03 and its exports left the pull. That is the 09-03 page's event; it reaches this page only as the missing day and country files, and the 09-03 completion needs HR2's account-day file consumed or it carries a seven-hour figure beside a closed 24 h cohort.

Dicey2 still cannot answer a revenue question. Five payers at d0 on $84.61, and its CPM rose 42.1% to $18.29, twice B1's.

Click-to-install fell 30% on the UTC clock and did not separate on the account clock, and what sits between is the roster and the coverage: poolphotob, templatewallb and HR2's seven hours on the 09-01 side of the UTC pairing and none of them on the 09-02 side.

The combiner's strike flag needs scoping per day. Until it is, every combined Overview line will carry a strike on the day beside any struck day, whatever that day's own test says.

The editortabs label correction is lost and will keep coming back, and gym - Copy needs no map entry: it needs the per-asset section to join on the ad id as tables A, B and C do.

A run staged at one horizon prints one horizon's rows. This run's header carries no also reported: 8h, and the nightly's own default asks for both.

5Reproduce

Staged in _runs/2026-09-04_2026-09-02_daily_auto/. Its exports were pulled at 00:10 UTC on 09-04 for B1 and Dicey2 and for no other account, and its instruments ran at 15:32 UTC on 09-04 at the 24 h horizon alone, after the 09-02 cohort sealed at 2026-09-04 00:00 UTC. The 8 h run in _runs/2026-09-03_2026-09-02_daily_auto/ pulled every account at every grain at 08:21 UTC on 09-03 and wrote no tables and no page; its HR2 and NN1 hourly files are what this run's hourly loader reads. Payment cut 2026-09-04 15:19 UTC for Sinai and 15:06 UTC for Vloom; the matched-hours funnel on the META clock and the estimator run on a 2026-09-04 08:19 PT cut. B1's campaign activity history was requested over Aug 31 to Sep 4 and the range the page actually rendered, Aug 31 2026 to Sep 3 2026, was asserted before any row of it was read.

6Appendix — definitions

The report clock is UTC. Meta stamps its exports in each ad account's own zone, B1, KBM1, Dicey2 and HR2 on UTC-7 and HR1 and the Nomad Node pair on UTC+0, so every delivery row on this page is restitched from the hourly exports onto UTC. The campaign section, the per-asset section and table C are the exceptions and say so where they appear.

The three revenue measures, all on our own payment records:

measurecountsmoves after the day closes?
booked (bROAS)revenue that arrived inside the report day, whatever day its payer installedsettles a few hours after midnight, then fixed
within-day (wROAS)installed that day and paid before that day closednever. Sealed at midnight
cohort @ 24h (cROAS)that day's installs, counted within 24 hours of each person's own installrises until every install has lived 24 hours, then frozen

A day is published twice. The morning page carries the 8 h cohort, the only horizon closed that early, and the evening page carries the 24 h cohort and completes it. This day had no morning page, so this page is both: every per-user row on it is the settled 24 h one, and the 8 h rows for the day stand on the 09-03 page.

Meta booked is Meta's own conversion value over Meta's own spend, both restitched onto the report clock from the same hourly export. It is struck through on any day where Meta booked more purchases than the payment processor processed, and nothing is written in its place: the true figure is the booked row directly above it.

A regime is a stretch over which the ad set's daily budget did not change. It is in a daily report because the budget is a geography dial on this account: raising it buys wider and cheaper countries, so two days either side of a change are not buying the same audience.

The 16-payer bar is decision #37: a row carrying fewer than sixteen distinct payers is a direction and never a magnitude.

Internal — noindex. Not for distribution outside the team.
