Both readable B1 arms moved on the basket rather than on the payer rate: payer rate (d0) held at 7.0% on uploadpanelr2 and fell 10.9% to 9.6% on gymr2, while ARPPU (d0) went $5.59 to $10.29 and $6.31 to $10.25. The largest-payer share rose on both, so the concentration is what to watch rather than a change in how many people paid.

Twenty-five rows in table B carry no measured spend and $2,119.43 of booked revenue between them, 57.3% of Sinai's booked total: eleven are B1 creatives stopped before the day, $1,435.09, four are Dicey2's, $134.79, and ten are KBM1's, HR1's and HR2's, $549.55, whose accounts export nothing. Three of the twenty-five carry 24 h cohort revenue, HR1/bodysuit at $29.88 on six payers, HR2/fittingroom and Dicey2/kimonor2 at $3.56 on one each.

Installs cost $0.238 to $2.452 across the five assets that spent on the report clock, B1/uploadpanelr2 at the bottom and Dicey2/pooldirectr2 at the top on 17 installs; the spread is delivery, and cost per install does not rank an asset here.

It reads KBM1 and HR1 as United States only at 100% US delivery, which is their Vloom targeting, attached to the account rather than to the campaign. Neither account delivered on this day, so nothing above rests on it.

Every figure is priced through an FX table stamped 2026-08-01, which reads 0.8% low against Google Play's own record.

4What this hands to the next read

2026-09-10 is settled and the first B1 pair matched on budget and roster both is readable at one horizon, so its numbers answer how the day did rather than which creative produced it: at 24 h the account went 1.73 to 2.72 on 80 payers against 70, and the rise sits in the basket rather than in how many people paid.

Both readable B1 arms doubled their basket and neither moved its payer rate, uploadpanelr2 $5.59 to $10.29 at a flat 7.0% and gymr2 $6.31 to $10.25 at 10.9% to 9.6%, with the largest single payer holding 13.8% and 29.4% of each row. A basket that doubles on 47 and 24 payers is the figure to re-read on the next settled day before anything is built on it.

templatewallo is off after one day. It took $188.28 of Dicey2's $229.96 at 2.60 on 60 payers at the settled horizon and reads recently rejected at the pull; Dicey2's account day 09-11 is running on pooldirectr2 alone, which read 0.16 at 24 h on 2 payers at $2.452 an install, so what the account delivers next rests on a creative that is not readable at this sample size.

B1's buy was rebuilt the day after this one, so the next pair will not be matched. The campaign that carries this pair had its budget cut from $300 to $150 and was switched off on 09-11, and a new campaign on a different pixel carrying a rebuilt povposer2 took its place; 09-11 against 09-10 is a budget change and a roster change at once, and the estimator's round for it opens at 10:52 account time on 09-11.

The report clock is UTC. Meta stamps its exports in each ad account's own zone, B1, KBM1, Dicey2 and HR2 on UTC-7 and HR1 and the Nomad Node pair on UTC+0, so every delivery row on this page is restitched from the hourly exports onto UTC. The campaign section, the per-asset section and table C are the exceptions and say so where they appear.

A day is published twice. The morning page carries the 8 h cohort, the only horizon closed that early, and the evening page carries the 24 h cohort and completes it. This is the evening page: the 24 h horizon is closed on both 09-09 and 09-10, so every 24 h row carries a figure and the comparison the page supports is at the settled horizon.

Meta booked is Meta's own conversion value, with that value over Meta's own spend in the bracket, both restitched onto the report clock from the same hourly export. It is struck wherever it carries a figure, because it is Meta's attribution and never our revenue; nothing is written in its place, and the true figure is the booked row directly above it.

A regime is a stretch over which the ad set's daily budget did not change. It is in a daily report because the budget is a geography dial on this account: raising it buys wider and cheaper countries, so two days either side of a change are not buying the same audience. B1's campaign held $300 a day across both days of this pair and was cut to $150 on 09-11; Dicey2's budget history is not staged on this run.
